Your license key can be found inside your Likeable Forms account. You can locate your license key by navigating to your account dashboard and clicking on "Reveal License Key".

You will need a paid Zendesk account as currently Zendesk offers only paid plans. See Zendesk pricing for more information.

Start by logging into your Zendesk account. Once logged in, click your profile icon then "view profile". Next click "Manage in Admin Center". On the left sidebar, click "Apps & Integrations", then "Zendesk API". If you have not created an API Token you will first need to create one by clicking "Add API Token". You can now copy your API Token. Be sure to click save before closing the window.

This is the personal or business email address you use when logging into your Zendesk account.

Replace "yourcompanyname" in the following URL with the company name you provided when creating your Zendesk account. https://yourcompanyname.zendesk.com/

It typically ranges between instant to several minutes.
