Your license key can be found inside your Likeable Forms account. You can locate your license key by navigating to your account dashboard and clicking on "Reveal License Key".

You will need a paid Enchant account as currently Enchant offers only paid plans. See Enchant pricing for more information.

Start by logging into your Enchant account. In the bottom left admin bar select the "gear icon", then "apps" in the sidebar menu. Next select "Add New App", then choose the "API Custom API Access" option. Lastly, select "Install Now", add an app name, then "save".

Start by logging into your Enchant account. In the bottom left admin bar select the "gear icon", then "general" in the sidebar menu. Your HelpDesk Id will be displayed at the top. Lastly, modify the following URL by replacing the word "helpdeskid" with your HelpDesk Id https://helpdeskid.enchant.com/

It typically ranges between instant to several minutes.
